Lahore: The Federal Board of Revenue has issued revised valuation tables for residential, commercial, and agricultural properties in Naval Anchorage, introducing separate rates for plots with possession and without possession.
Under the new notification, SRO 332(I)/2026, which amends the earlier SRO 163(I)/2026, residential open plots with possession have been valued at PKR 20,000 per square yard, while plots without possession are set at PKR 8,000 per square yard.

For commercial open plots, the revised rates are PKR 13,774 per square yard for plots with possession and PKR 8,000 per square yard for those without possession.
Agricultural properties, including agro, poultry, and vegetable farms, have also been revalued. Naval farms with possession are now valued at PKR 2,000,000 per kanal (500 sq yards), whereas farms without possession are valued at PKR 800,000 per kanal (500 sq yards).
Officials said the updated rates aim to bring clarity and transparency to property valuation in the area, reflecting differences between properties that are already in possession versus those that are not. The move is expected to impact tax calculations and property transactions in Naval Anchorage.
