Multan: The Multan Electric Power Company (MEPCO) has replaced 386,000 faulty meters during the fiscal year 2017-18, a news source reported. The meters were either burned or not functional.
Out of the meters replaced, 373,000 meters were single-phase, while 12,617 were three-phase meters and 332 were MDI-meters. 47,988 meters were replaced in the Multan circle, 33,716 in the Vehari circle, 61,000 in the Muzaffargarh circle, and 31,619 in the Khanewal circle, among other circles.
