Multan: The Defence Housing Authority (DHA) Multan administration recently signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Centerlink Enterprise for a mega commercial project ‘01 Boulevard’, according to a post shared on the authority’s Facebook page.
Under this partnership, a multipurpose high-rise project will be constructed on Main Boulevard opposite Health & Education City in Sector-V of the housing project. As per the details shared, the high-rise will feature luxury residential apartments with a modernised commercial area for businesses and retailers to conduct business activities. Given its location and one-of-a-kind high-rise with striking design, the residents of Southern Punjab will have an unrivalled shopping experience and easy access to urban conveniences.
