Islamabad: The Capital Development Authority (CDA) has allocated PKR 200 million to address pending land payment issues in Islamabad’s Sector C-15, marking a step toward resolving longstanding compensation matters and facilitating planned development in the area.
Officials said the allocation has been made to clear outstanding payments related to land acquired for the development of Sector C-15. The move is expected to help settle claims of landowners and remove hurdles affecting progress on infrastructure and residential projects.

According to CDA sources, delays in payments had slowed development activities in the sector. The fresh allocation is aimed at streamlining the process, improving coordination with affected stakeholders and ensuring smoother execution of development plans.
The authority said it is committed to resolving land-related issues through a structured and transparent approach, adding that timely settlement of dues is essential for advancing urban development and restoring confidence among landowners.
Sector C-15 is part of Islamabad’s expanding residential zones, and officials believe that resolving compensation matters will help accelerate development work and improve service delivery in the area.
