Islamabad: After a gap of 11 years, development work in sectors F-14 and F-15 has officially commenced, the Housing Ministry announced on Monday. The Federal Minister for Housing and Works, Riaz Hussain Pirzada, inaugurated the projects, pledging timely completion and improved infrastructure for residents.
The National Logistics Corporation (NLC) has been tasked with executing the development, which covers approximately 11,000 residential plots across 10,875 kanals. The Housing Ministry stated that the sectors were initially launched in 2015 but faced delays due to administrative and legal challenges.

Meanwhile, preparations for development in sectors F-12 and G-12 are underway, with PC-Is being finalized. Officials noted that while G-12 faces certain land possession challenges, FGEHA aims to launch both sectors in the near future.
The Housing Minister reaffirmed the government’s commitment to completing stalled housing projects efficiently, while ensuring transparency and addressing all stakeholder concerns.
