Islamabad: The Capital Development Authority (CDA) recently held an auction of commercial plots, which witnessed a disturbance as investors boycotted the auction process, accusing that the civic authority was causing problems for them.
Reportedly, the CDA tried to negotiate with the bidders, who then agreed to take part in the auction. The auction was being held at the Pak-China Friendship Centre and the CDA was successful in getting a record bid of Rs 700 million for a commercial plot in F-11 Markaz.
