Lead by the Chief Justice, supreme courts three member jury will be hearing the EOBI scandal case. The court had already issued notices to the concerned parties and authorities involved in the scandal. The case hearings will resume in Islamabad, from the pre-Eid investigations of the FIA.
With the current turn of events the chief justice also will be hearing to the Lal mosque case and the case of the missing personnel. The tribunal comprises of three lawyers named Itikhar choudry, justice Jawad S Khwaja, and justice sheikh Azamt.
