Multan: On the provincial government’s instructions, the Multan district administration has sent the list of dilapidated buildings for monsoon to the government, according to a news report. The local administration has also begun its efforts to take all possible safety measures for monsoon. Machinery and manpower has been demanded from local and provincial departments.
This was discussed in a briefing to the meeting held to assess the situation and measures. The Deputy Commissioner (DC) Mudassar Riaz Malik chaired the meeting. Malik also instructed relevant departments to hold exercises on River Chenab.
