Karachi: The State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) has launched a redesigned version of its official website, introducing a more secure and user-friendly digital platform to improve access to information for citizens, businesses, financial institutions, researchers, journalists and other stakeholders.
In a statement, the central bank said the revamped website has been developed as part of its broader digital transformation agenda, with a focus on enhancing accessibility, navigation and the overall user experience.
The new website features simplified navigation, improved search and filtering tools, and quicker access to key information, including data, circulars, regulations, publications, press releases and other official content.

The platform is fully responsive across desktops, smartphones and other devices. It also offers a bilingual interface in English and Urdu, allowing users to switch seamlessly between the two languages.
According to the SBP, the website has been designed in line with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) and includes features to improve usability for persons with disabilities.
The central bank said the website’s information architecture has been reorganised to make important sections—such as monetary policy, financial markets data, banking regulations and other SBP functions—easier to navigate while retaining legacy content.
To facilitate the transition, the previous version of the website will remain accessible through a dedicated link on the homepage until July 15, allowing users to refer to the earlier interface if needed.
