Hyderabad: The head of the Supreme Court-mandated judicial commission on water quality and sanitation in Sindh Justice (retd.) Amir Hani Muslim visited Tando Mohammad Khan and Badin to observe the civil works carried for the water supply scheme of Tando Mohammad Khan, a news source reported. He instructed the relevant officials to take immediate action to improve the situation.
He also directed the assistant engineer and executive engineer to pay periodic visits and forward inspection notes and photographs to the commission. He allowed thirty days to make the scheme operational. Once completed, the deputy commissioner would have to certify it. A magistrate deputed by Tando Mohammad Khan Sessions Judge would also submit his report after completion.
