Lahore: The Punjab Central Business District Development Authority (PCBDDA), also known as Central Business District Punjab (CBD Punjab), has accelerated construction work on CBD Walk, a premium retail development being built along CBD Route 47 in Lahore.
Designed as a high-end retail destination, CBD Walk comprises 32 retail units, each spread over four marlas. The project aims to offer a refined shopping experience supported by contemporary urban design and modern infrastructure, in line with Lahore’s evolving commercial landscape.
According to officials, construction is progressing ahead of the planned schedule, reflecting strong project management, effective on-site coordination and full mobilisation of resources. Several key construction milestones have already been completed, including excavation, earth compaction, lean concrete works, steel fixing and raft concrete.
With rapid progress on ground, CBD Walk is steadily moving towards timely completion. The project is expected to further strengthen CBD Punjab’s vision of developing Lahore as a modern, well-planned commercial and business hub.
