Lahore: Zameen.com recently acquired the exclusive sales and marketing rights for Bahria Town Rawalpindi-Phase VII’s ’68 High Street’ project. This commercial complex, spread over 6 kanals, features 12 blocks; each with a lower-ground, ground, and mezzanine floor (plus three additional storeys).
The commercial units in 68 High Street project are offered on a 3-year payment plan, in which the booking amount has been set at 30% of the total price; while 10% of the amount has to be paid at the time of possession. Booking a unit with Zameen.com comes with a 10% discount on a 100% upfront payment, and a 5% discount on a 50% payment. In addition, the payment plan is also adjustable, allowing buyers to make payments in monthly, quarterly and bi-annual submission arrangements.
The 68 High Street project enjoys a prime location in Bahria Town Rawalpindi’s Phase VII residential compound; on the opposite side of the latter’s McDonald’s, Burger King, Pizza Hut, Roasters and Green Valley Hyper Mart franchise outlets – and adjacent to the Box Park, KFC and Hardee’s. The project’s popularity can be ascertained from the fact that up to 15% of its total units have already been sold; with it being set to become a ‘first of its kind’ local venture in terms of offering an extravagant shopping experience.
Other famous food and apparel brand outlets, including Tuscany Courtyard, Nom Nom and Outfitters, are also expected to be opened soon in the area, making 68 High Street’s immediate location the de facto commercial hub of Bahria Town Rawalpindi.
