Karachi: Bahria Town is set to launch what it claims to be the most prime commercial project of Pakistan – Jinnah Avenue Commercial. As part of Bahria Town Karachi, Jinnah Avenue Commercial will be an 18-lane, 400-foot wide commercial boulevard featuring commercial plots that are ready for possession.
Per the information shared through a print advertisement published in today’s national dailies, registration forms for these plots will be made available soon.
Jinnah Avenue Commercial is inspired by Sheikh Zayed Road in Dubai, UAE. Bahria Town aims for Jinnah Commercial Avenue to have a similar look and feel. The commercial plots along this boulevard are available in a range of sizes for building 5-star hotels, corporate offices, shopping malls, restaurants and banks.
