Peshawar: The Pakistan Housing Authority Foundation (PHAF) has intensified development and construction activities at the site of PHAF Residencia in Peshawar, according to a press release issued this week.
In line with the agreement between PHAF and the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Housing Authority (KPHA), work on the boundary wall, main boulevard, and main gate is progressing rapidly. To strengthen security, a permanent police station has also been established at the project site, staffed by personnel provided by the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

Spanning more than 8,000 kanal, PHAF Residencia is one of the largest government-owned residential schemes in both Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and Pakistan. Located on Kohat Road, around 15 kilometres from Peshawar city, the project is a joint venture between the Government of Pakistan and the Government of KPK, positioned as a safe and reliable investment in the housing sector.
The scheme will offer over 8,000 housing units, including grey structures and apartments across categories I, II, III, and IV. Construction will be carried out in four phases, with contracts for 400 housing units already awarded in the first phase. Heavy machinery has been mobilised, and on-site activity has commenced.
PHAF has also approached allottees and members to clear dues under the three-year installment plan, ensuring steady financial flows to sustain development and construction without delays.
