LAHORE: Lahore Orange Line Metro Train project, which will run from Dera Gujran to Ali Town, is likely to have some adverse effects, catering to which the National Engineering Services Pakistan (NesPak) employees have recommended measures to deal with the issues.
Reportedly, the recommendations have been given in the wake of the Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) report. According to the EIA, soil erosion and contamination may occur due to excavation, land levelling and cutting operations.
