Faisalabad: The Faisalabad Development Authority (FDA) has informed stakeholders and the general public about the unapproved state master plan for Faisalabad, as per a notice published on the authority’s website. The authority has issued a notice informing the public not to plan, sell, or buy land based on the speculative/tentative master plan.

The authority has issued the following instructions/indications to the public:
- Osmani & Company (Pvt.) Ltd’s master plan for Faisalabad, formulated in partnership with the FDA, is unapproved and not final.
- All of the plans and maps that are being debated in various circles are unauthorised.
- No planning in the public or private domains should be done on the basis of speculative master plans/maps
- Landowners, developers, and other stakeholders are cautioned not to sell, buy, or plan any socioeconomic development project based on an unapproved, unauthorised, or alleged FDA master plan
