Officials briefed the meeting on the progress of ongoing works, noting that development activity is advancing rapidly on the Structure Plan Road connecting LDA City. Once completed, this road will significantly cut travel time between LDA City and Johar Town.
The LDA chief also directed that more commercial and residential plots be presented to the market soon. As part of this, the authority is preparing to launch commercial plots of four and eight marla in “Business Bay” on Hunza Road.
Additionally, the Punjab government is working on the establishment of a medical city linked to LDA City, which officials described as a potential game-changer for the project.
