Lahore: The Bahria Town management has announced its decision to commence with property transfers — earlier stalled — in its Nawabshah project, according to a publication. As per details, the project was officially re-launched on October 17 (Thursday), while the transfer process was reopened on October 19 (Saturday).
According to Bahria Town, the property transfer is free of cost. Previously, the Nawabshah project was launched in November 2015, and the administration had announced limited bookings which were later discontinued.
This scheme is situated on Qazi Ahmed Road in Nawabshah, and features developed commercial and residential plots. Under its new booking facility, the administration has offered 125, 250, 500 and 1,000 square-yard residential plots, as well as 125 and 250 square-yard commercial plots, on a three-year payment plan.
Further, the developer has announced a 5% discount along with immediate property possession on lump sum payment. Bookings for these plots will remain open till October 28.
