Lahore: Central Business District Punjab (CBD Punjab) Chief Executive Officer Imran Amin on Saturday conducted a comprehensive inspection of ongoing construction work across multiple project sites in Lahore, highlighting the organisation’s focus on modern urban infrastructure development.
During the visit, Amin was accompanied by Executive Director Technical Riaz Hussain, Director Architecture and Planning Sameer Aftab Sial, Director Project Management Asif Iqbal, and senior representatives from NESPAK and various contractors.
The inspection covered key CBD Punjab projects, including CBD VERTEX, CBD Walk, The Second Walk, and CBD NSIT City. At CBD NSIT City, officials reported that asphalt work on the internal road network is underway, while the top slab of the twelfth floor of the Celestia IT and Office Tower is nearing completion.

At CBD VERTEX, scaffolding installation has been completed, enabling interior and exterior finishing work to commence. Meanwhile, at CBD Walk, basement excavation and foundation concrete works have been completed, with the first slab construction currently in progress.
Officials said these projects form part of CBD Punjab’s broader strategy to modernise urban infrastructure through innovation, sustainability, and transparent project execution. The ongoing developments are expected to enhance Lahore’s commercial and residential landscape while setting new benchmarks for urban planning in the region.
