Islamabad: The Capital Development Authority (CDA) has announced a commercial plot auction, scheduled to take place over three days—July 15, 16, and 17, 2025—at 10:00 AM each day at the Jinnah Convention Centre in Islamabad.

Building plan approvals will be granted once the initial 25% payment is made.
No charges will be levied for site or marketing offices during the period of CDA-approved construction.
Possession is assured after 75% of the premium is paid, subject to a valid bank guarantee covering the remaining balance.
Tax will be levied on a pro-rata basis in accordance with the applicable Finance Act.
