Karachi: Easypaisa on Tuesday launched an ‘Easy Business’ online portal to facilitate small and medium enterprises (SMEs) in the country, according to a news source. This facility aims to provide services to the SMEs amid the ongoing COVID-19 crisis.
The said programme is designed to create awareness about the products and services these businesses can avail from banks. It will also enable them to submit their requirements in order to fully utilise the existing facilities and conveniences available for them.
This Easy Business programme also includes a cash management portal, developed in collaboration with FINJA. SMEs will be able to go digital with this programme, and make salary payments, vendor payments, as well collect receivables, through an e-invoicing system.
The company is offering this service to cottage industries and institutional clients. The registration process is quite simple and does not require any paperwork, so can be completed remotely. As part of its features, this portal will allow businesses to process payments through Easypaisa mobile wallets, transfer money through CNIC numbers, calculate taxes, and manage attendance records.
