Islamabad: The management of Emaar Islamabad has invited applications for the purchase of 4 and 8-marla commercial plots in the project’s Canyon Views scheme, a news source reported. As per details, applicants have been asked to submit their forms on November 4, 5 and 6 in ‘selected HBL branches’ as well as Emaar offices situated in Islamabad and Karachi.
According to the developer, these properties can be acquired on a 30-month instalment plan. Further, the successful applicants will be determined via a balloting process – for which the developer has yet to announce a date.
Located in DHA Islamabad’s Phase V, Canyon Views sits on the Islamabad Expressway. The project currently offers 4-marla commercial plots at a price of PKR 22,500,000, while the 8-marla plot is priced at PKR 45,000,000. Moreover, the down payment has been set at 1% of the total price.
