Rawalpindi: The Rawalpindi Development Authority (RDA) recently published a fresh list of its approved 48 housing schemes on its official website, a news source reported. RDA officials have further advised buyers to consult this publication before making an investment decisions – and to invest only in authority-approved projects.
To discuss the prevailing issues, the developers of University Town, TopCity-1, Mumtaz City, and Gandhara City (all RDA-approved projects) held a meeting with RDA Chairman Tariq Mehmood Murtaza on Wednesday (March 4). The chairman assured them that the RDA would provide its full assistance in resolving their issues.
